good friday

it's finally totally up and running.  missemmascloset.etsy.com is underway.  construction is slow, as with any new endeavor, but never the less, i did it!  everyday i will post new products and hopefully by april 1st, i will not only have a whole store worth of items, but a web page as well.  my hubby started his own web page last night for his fine art, so i think i can do it too.  everyone pass the word!!!!!  

today i finally composed my letter to st. pete's--emma's hospital.  over the holiday season we opened up our home to our friends and family for an open house.  instead of everyone "donating" a dish or beverage, we asked for a cash donation to help out emma's hospital.  we finally got the donation information in the mail a week or so ago.  all said and done we gave $500 to them.  not too shabby!!!  next year with the open house and with 10% of the profits from missemmascloset.etsy.com, my goal is $2000!  so everyone shop, shop, shop!!!!!
